I've taken 2 new airtel connections in the month of December. I've heard of claims of very good signals from airtel and that was the prime reason i moved from vodafone to airtel.
But inside my house I'm just not able to talk. There is no signal at most times and some times there is a weak signal and call drops are very very frequent.
I made a complaint to the customer care on 13th December and I was told there was a problem with tower and they are setting up a new tower.
It's been 2 months now and I'm still facing the same problem.
Please help me
