Dear Sir / Madam
This is bring in notice to all airtel loyal customers that Airtel is a company who only believe to sell not to customer service; just they are selling franchises to vendors then after that no control on these outlets.
I purchased airtel USB Card which no. 9971786495 ; sale by Mr sanjeev ; at the time of sale they was in hurry to sale ; so they hide some charges; after using of seven days they interrupt my services due to high bill amount; when I check with outlet (Noida) they told me that visit our outlet we will give solution, but when I visited there it was different;
I was expecting solution but there one executive (Sunil Kr.) was start showing his mussel power & he came out from his desk for physical which was unexpected from airtel. I should say to bhati group managers that they have to strict action against these types of chaps; after that I am not getting any response.
I talked showroom manager lalit katyal, he said pay 1000 rs. We will deduct your bill & your services will not interrupt; But after so many calls no response; my services are interrupted; I am not able to focus on my business. & again I am trying calls to gurgaon but no response; same reply is coming we will check & revert back.
So waiting for any positive reply otherwise now ready for consumer court for my harassment & wastage of my time for calls.
I am demanding compensation
For harrassing me by calling up again and again and specially when i have paid charges, loss in my business.
I am you loyal customer from last two years. Using post paid, broadband & landline services. If you can‘t solve my problem then please take it back all services.
