Non communication of billing information to my credit card division

I have opted to close my connection with Airtel - Delhi (9871988884) as I relocated to Pondicherry last month. My service provider has once again forgotton to send billing details to my icici-credit card division (I am registered for auto credit payment with Airtel).

This is a repetitive complaint as I faced similar problem in Sept 08 last year and paid late fee due to their negligence.

This time also same problem. Above this everyday I am getting calls from their collection department for non payment of bill.

I am really sick of explaining the problem to each of their CSE's. It is real harrasment during business hours.

Please arrange to provide billing information to my credit card division so that payment can be made.
