Lost my mobile, blocked the sim, reactivated it, but got a complaint!

I lost my mobile with airtel sim. I deactivated that number and went to the customer service and reactivated it with a new sim bearing the same number, but recently i got a call from a person saying about blank calls to girls and so.. Pls check on this.
