I am using Airtel no. 9987847733 and from past 3 months i am complaing to airtel customer care that the bill number of the mobile no. 9004058125 which they are charging in our bill account is not ours and neither we have purchased the card for anyone else, but they are not paying any attention to our complain and are repeating the same mistake again and again.
I dont know what mistake they have made, since in their record the address is ours and the card is in some societies name "International Society for Krishna Consciousness" which i have never heard nor i know where it is. I stay in Malad (East).
After explaining them several time that its not my card they are not paying attention to it. I had personally gone to airtel customer care centre to complain but they didnt pay much attention. They only tried ones to call up the number and as the number was just ringing, they didnt even bother to call again to verify who the person is and all his details.
Seeing this i even complained about it to their nodal officer through mail and a written letter but till date the problem is unsolved. I am really frustated so i need your help in solving this problem as soon as possible.
I hope the complains which are posted are gone through and are just on the site to see how many people know abt this site and are complaining i really hope that the complaints which are registered with your site are dealt with and people are happy to see that their problem is solved.
I would also like it if you really help me in solving this problem and just dont disappoint me by proving that this just like other site where ppl complaint but it goes unheard.
