On 11/02 midnight i found no network in my phone. I talked to customer care at 12/02 at 05:30 PM to Poonam and she informed that your access is barred due to some unknown reason while my all bill are paid on time and nothing from my end. After many calls to customer care they are not restoring my network. I want my network back and wants to know why they are doing this without intimation.
