I DIDI PREPAID RECHARGE THROUGH INTERNET BUT AFTER 24 HRS ALSO MY MOBILE DIDNOT RECEIVE ANY RECHARGE VALUE AND WHEN I CALL THE CENTER THEY SAY PLEASE TAKE THE STATEMENT AND GO TO ANY AIRTEL OUTLET THEY WILL TELL YOU WHY IT DIDNT GET RECHARGED. IF EVERY TIME WE HAVE TO GO TO AIRTEL OUTLET THEN WHY DONT YOU CLOSE UR CALL CENTERS.
