Dear Sir'

I am having a coonection of Airtel since 1996 and using same company's phone. Now I am very disappoint about their services. This pre paid account and sombody has taken my outgoing calls details and harrass me. This thing had broken my happy family life too, created so much problems in my family and other's family who is my best friend too. I have full proof of that with prinout of my calls. How is it possible i dont understand. So I wnat to take action aganist that please suggest me what to do. Thanks
