Irresponsible Cutomer Care Executives

Dear Sir,

Last 1 month I am compalaining to Customer C. Exe. that why they convert my Friends plan to Normal without taking any type of order from my side & I last 1 month used to make a call regulally but they not taking any type of interest.

And time to time they deduct my balance also & when i ask why you deduct, they said "sorry sir wrongly we have dedudcted 7 with in 4 hrs. i 'll return u" but my money never comes to my account.

Dear sir plz try to Solve my problem...

1. Give my old Plan, which was Friends I dont want Normal Plan.

2. Return my deducted money.
