Migration of pre to postpaid

I have given application for pre to postpaid on Aircom solution (its a airtel relationship centre)

on 22 Jan They have commited a date of 28 for activation, but everyday I had a follow up but uptill 5 th Feb It dint happen. The experience with executives and managers at showroom was worst in my life.

Then I asked for money back. they told it is not possible. Then I had raised a complaint in Airtel Nodal team. They have told me to walkin again to same outlet. But uptill today (18 th feb) they haven't activated my number.
