This is with reference to my number 9810268155.
I hat a had a bill of Rs 600 for the
month of Dec for which I made the cheque payment well? before the
due time. But as it turns out that there was something wrong with my
cheque and the payment couldn't be processed.
Since then I have been continuously being harassed by the calls from the
collection team. I have made it very clear to them more than one time that
they should return back my cheque of Rs 600 so I can order another cheque
of that amount. BUT DESPITE REPEATED PROMISES THIS HAS FALLEN IN DEAF EARS.
It has been a month and I haven't got the cheque back and instead have been
getting calls and msgs everyday for payment.
how can they expect me TO ISSUE YOU 2 CHEQUES OF THE SAME PAYMENT.
I will only issue another cheque only once I have the old cheque back. This
is just simple logic
It has been a harrowing experience to receive the calls from thier team.
I have been regular with all my payments and 600 is a very
small amount for me to default on. I have already made the
payment of Rs 812 for January.
AND NOW THEY HAVE EVEN DISCONNECTED MY PHONE.
THIS IS CRAZY..FIRST THEY HAVENT SEND ME BACK MY CHEQUE. I HAVE MADE ALL THE DAMN PAYMENT AND NOW THEY DISCONNECT MY PHONE. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE OF MY LIFE. IT IS A PITY THAT A COMPANY LIKE AIRTEL HAS NO MORAL AND ETHICS AND ARE TROUBLIN THE CUSTOMERS FOR THIER OWN FAULTS.!
none of the customer care numbers are available and you can never connect to them Airtel has given me the worst experience of my life and if this isnt redressed
