Outgoing barred

I bought a airtel lifetime prepaid sim at madhapur, hyderabad on feb 11.. they have barred my outgoing on feb 19th and asked me to submit my proofs again.. i have submitted my proofs again to airtel showroom at madhapur on feb 21st morning.. he said that it ll take 48 hrs to activate.. but still (feb 24) its not all activated..
