I got a message from AIRTEL that ur service discontinue cause u r credit limit is exceeded, so please make u r payment of amount 1400.00 (as my credit limit is 1500) but my outstanding alrady in negative and my credit limit is exceeded from Rs 1500 to Rs 1900 from date 25/02 just before services discontinued. After that i called to custmer care then he told me that u just ignored that message ur service willl not discontinue ur credit limit hans been exccede to 1500.00
even if they discontinued my services why are they lieng with me and why dont they adjust my balance because i cant leave my office to just pay a amoumt
