Disconnection of my prepaid card

I had got an SMS a month back stating that i have to submit my documents all over again or else my phone connection would be disconnected within 48hrs. i was not able to do so as my schedule was very busy so as mentioned, they stopped my airtel services. so few days later i went to the airtel gallery and they connected me to an airtel representative. I narrated her the incident and she asked me few questions like when did i buy the card and what offer i am into etc (i have been using airtel services since 5-6 years and i must say they are pathetic) and she said that she has taken down all the information and she added that there is no need to re-submit the papers as all the information provided by me was correct and she started my services within half an hour. few days later to my horror my entire SIM card is blocked. I stormed into the airtel office and they said that it is not possible that our representative might have said this and that my card cannot be restored back and i have to take a new number. i was not even informed before disconnecting my services.

I LOST

1) About Rs.40 of my talktime

2) My 1 year validity which was to expire in may

3) and many important things which i cant even explain...

I cant expect anything from airtel as its one of the worst mobile service provider in mumbai and it has proved it by doing such an irresponsible and unprofessional act...
