Message sending failed

I got the airtel prepaid (9960725152) on 9-feb in pune and from that day i have problem to send sms (local and national).i called to customercare also but they did'nt do anything.they always say "we will solve out in 24 hours"but it' has been 24 days.i have'nt gotten the solution.please help me out to get rid of this problem
