i am user of airtel u.p (west). and my no is 919760030128. i got msg from your side that u download a game from airtel wap and cost of 125Rs.i got this msg three times and add to my bill but i am not download any game from airtel.i talk one of your executive and he said to me that 375Rs deduct from your a/c but no money is deduct from my a/c. today my a/c is 440Rs (approx) and 375Rs is for game so my actual bill will be 440-375=65Rs.
please take some action for this query
