Hi,
I have changed my and my wife's airtel plan to get the benefit of CUG and it was promised by Airtel representative that I can utilise the CUG facility but the first bill i have recieved after changing the plan, i saw the charges for calling to my wife which is covered by CUG.
When I contacted helpdesk, they asked me to pay the remaining amount by reducing Rs200 and it will be adjusted next month but even sending 30-40 mails to helpdesk and calling 121, I still not received the correct bill.
Thats why I did not pay the amount till date and they have disconnected my both phone.
Now I want to pay for my bills provided they send me the correct bill (though I dont want to use Airtel any more).
