Horrible service

I m those one of the victims who use pathetic service of airtel.

The problem really started when I wanted to disconnect my airtel postpaid account (Corporate plan199), so called 121 customer care number. Then I went to billing section & waited for customer care executive. I told him about my wish to disconnect the service. He (I dont remeber his name) told that your call has landed in Airtel enterprise service for corporates in Delhi. Your number is from Maharashtra & told me that he could help me & gave me Maharashtra Customer care no.9890012345.I called on that number. Following same procedure as mentioned above, surprisingly call again landed in Delhi. Executive gave me same speech as earlier without helping me out.

Since last two days I am calling on both the numbers but the call is landing in delhi.

I really want to disconnect my connection as soon as possible but I am not getting any solution for that.

Pls help me out... Airtel should be dragged into the court for misleading & torturing the customers, wasting customer's time & money.
