Not activation of My outgoing

My Mobile no. is 9810604669. my outgoing is disconnected from monday dated 23th March 09 for reason of non submission of some documents like ID Proof And photo.

Firstly it should take at the time of initial Stage as it was taken in 2004'

Now i have submitted all these documents on 26th of March at PUsa Road branch but i have not got the connectivity. i Have made a call to Pusa Road but nobody was picking up the phone.

In the evening he gave me assurance that it will be connected in a hour of that half an hour is passed.

so should i disconnect the mobile phone of airtel.
