SMS, GPRS and Airtel live

My Airtel no is 9771309673 . When i do SMS toany one it doesnot reach at all ;the time. Plz define me about the PUK No.

Also i donot open my Airtel live. Many time i contact to Customer care but i am not received any setting also.

plz clarify this so i can call and use your service normally.
