Cheating for instrumet caller id with speake

Respected sir/mam,

my self komal narang take a new connection & first the executive ask me that take a new connection [499] un limited plan and only you have to pay 200/rs and u got a caller id phone [with speaker] i have book the connection but they dont provied me the speaker phone .& said me that when the instrument came i will provide.and i am not regulary in jabalpur in this period the executive resuine the job of airtel. IT MEANS THE AIRTEL IS A FROD/CHEATING COMPANY.AFTER THIS NOW I WILL NOT CONTIUNE THIS CONNECTION.
