Airtel post paid bill issue

I have changed my plan Airtel one india 300 plan to CUG plan in the month of Jan. I received the ebill end of feb after i made complaint which i supposed to get on Feb4. I used pay my bill through SI, it wad debit from my account. I was waiting for Feb ebill in the month of March, i did not get it. I had given complaint to customer care, i have received 20th March through ebill. This time bill came with protected with password. I received password through sms. But it did not work. My pay bill date is 21st. I was thinking i will get debit through SI. On mar26 i got call saying that i have not paid my bill last 2 months. Again i try to open ebill. I could not, then i made complaint my previous payment and regarding SI and asking bill statement. They said it will take 8 days times. They did not solve my bill problem after 20 days also. And no idea what happened my SI. Meanwhile they cut my outgoing calls due to non payment. But i wanted to look my statement for the previous payment. Also this month most of the time they are keep on upgrading system, due to that i could not get help from Airtel outlet., they say server down. I looking forward to solve this issue as soon as possible
