My Father is using Airtel postpaid connection. Bcoz of more bill he want to change his Traiff.but when i call coustermer care i ask DNP 400 ka plan the excuitive told me this plan is end.and scound day i recevied a call from airtel for new connection they are offering me same plan which i want but for tat i have to change my number tell by tat excuitive. Plz advise me wat shud i do
