Hi I am an Airtel user and bought the postpaid connection in january and i must have called Airtel customer service a million times for some problems faced by me. Not at all happy with the service that they provide (deals that they provide). The Customer service is good and they are polite.

Now i have a postpaid connection and i m in the 349 cap plan. my billing cycle starts from 11th of every month and my unbilled account is already 700rs so i want to know exactly where i have been charged. so when i called their customer service they told me that i will get to know the details only when my bill is generated in the next month...

As a customer and since I am paying the bill I want to know my billing details any time I want so i can know if I am crossing my budget or not. I think Airtel should come up with some software where i can check my current bill ant time i want.
