New FWP is not working properly airtels persons are not picking phone

Dear Sir,

I have purchases 2 fwp connection from airtel. firstly when i was applied for the same the airtel executive were saying that ur fwp connection will come in 6-7 days. but their fwp connection has come after 2 months. 2nd they have send 2 connection at our plant but not a single coonection is working properly. when we call them they say we will send a person for making correction. but after 10 days no come. when we make call to them they are picking phone. i think i have made biggest mistake of life after purchase airtel connection. there customer care says we do not have any other alternate number neither we have any solution u have to contact the airtel office ur self.

I have never seen this types of bad service in any company.
