I have a airtel mobile no. 9810150943 (Delhi circle). I requested for change in the billing address. The airtel people wanted to verify the new address.
The airtel executive didnt come to the new address instead he went to the old address to get it verified. He has written negative verification.
Why he is verifying at the old address, he should come to the new address to get the verification. My Outgoing has been deactivated since 10 days and no one is listening.
Pls look into it asap.
