I hereby Sanjiv Kumar is your customer. My contact number is -9980617694.I'm not able to make one out going call to a particular STD No.-09431744492 (Jharkhand BSNL NO.). From the past 8 months once or twice in a month i face this problem. I've already filed 1 complaint on this subject on 8 April. But Yet My complaint is not resolved.
Can you resolve this problem. I'm really frustated on this concerned problem bcz already 1 week is over and no any resolvance has been made. Plz solve tis problem.
