Prepaid card not working

I purchased a prepaid connection from Airtel at Hiranandani Estate - Thane - Mumbai. I'am a flat owner and submitted the documents required for getting the connection. The connection was given to me after 2 days. I was travelling and I gave this connection to my wife for contacting in case of any emergencies. After 2 days of using the connection, the out going calls were barred and there was a message from Airtel asking to submit the enrollement form. I asked the agent who sold me the prepaid conncetion and he said that the same application will be submitted as the distributor's rep has to activate the account.(I'am surprised!!! after activating the connection). I remained calm and this is now 10 days old and the agen is selling me a different story everytime. This is atrocious and I tried to contact their nodal officer number 9987234865 and their applelate authority 9987244865 but in vain. Their toll free number of 121 and 9892098920 is not allowing to talk to the customer rep directly. For a company like Airtel, this is going to be delterious if they do not take stern action on this. I request the concerned to do the needful at the earliest and I find 5408 complaints on this company which speaks about their attiude towards customers
