Hi All,
i am writing this mail after so many commitments, mails, conversations from the so called good company Airtel.
Its being good 3 months I am struggling for my problems, issue, money from Airtel but it seems they all are just making fool out of it.
i have sent a written request to Airtel on 03 March 09 to deactivate Blackberry services from my no. 9910610678
But every month I am getting bill for the same, not only unsatisfying bills I am getting I am also getting lots of promises, commitments that I would be getting waiver every month.

On 3rd March 09 a written request to Airtel
On 15th April 09 (Complaint No. 897588362)
On 5th May 09 (Complaint No. 8387443)
On 11th May 09 (Complaint No. 21596569)
All this shows that its how long I am facing this issue just because i have to pay this amount.
Now today is the heights when I have tried 7 times to customer care and every time people listen to my issue and hang up on me. I have spoken to people like Praveen, Navneet (Shift Supervisor), Sunny and so on but the same response.
I Spoke to a gentleman Praveen (Shift Supervisor on 11th May) as per his commitment my total waiver is Rs. 1800 approx. which I'd be getting on 13th May 09 but as the call which I have received from Airtel back end, let me tell you
They were so HARSH, RUDE and bluntly said there is no waiver for you.
Please if any one is there to help their customers suggest me how can i get the solution for this or if not please guide me as i want to surrender this no.
