Prepaid card activation

I purchased a prepaid sim of Airtel Life time M. NO. 9910179195 on payment of Rs. 100 from Shri Anand Telecom, CR246 Lakshminagar, New Delhi 110092. After about Three days sim Start Working & I recharged the same with Rs. 100 from the same shop.

Next day it stopped working. i called customer care he told me due to verification failure your no. is permanently blocked & your balance is ceased by Airtel.

Then i enquired about it from Shopkeeper he also told that my no. can never be reactivated.

The Reason for negative verification was that Shopkeeper asked me two of my friends no's for verification & I provided him with the same.

But when Airtel Representative call him he did not ask my friend about me. He asked weather you have taken a no. from Airtel & asked him about Address confirmation. & his way of talking was very Rude.

In all this I didn't understand How i am guilty. & how can Airtel cease all customer account money.

I want some urgent action should be taken against Airtel & Shri Anand Telecom.
