Deduction of Talktime improperly

Respected Sir,

1) I have a Airtel mobile SIM No: 9779948525 purchased at Chandigarh. I have sent a request for SMS31 pack to 52223 on 27 Apr 09. Thereafter, Airtel has deducted itself Rs.31/- three times from my SIM instead of only one time. Even after repeated complaints to Customer Care of Airtel, my problem is not yet resolved.

2) On 29 Apr 09 I have recharged Rs.333/- topup, but I got only Rs. 301/- instead of full talktime Rs.333/- (On hearing from MyAirtelMyOffer 12131 only I have recharged with Rs.333/-. This is grievance is also not yet solved)

3) I like to claim under herassment of customer by taking the shelter of Consumer Court.

It is requested to resolve my problem immediately
