I have a airtel connection. I m having this connection since two years and when taking the new connection I gave my voter ID card as an identification. Yesterday night they disconnected the line without prior notification. After calling airtel customer care executive in the morning they told us due to documentation problem. I think as phone is very importahnt they should have inform us before disconnecting the line. Even before they have deducted balance without any specific reason. Please do judgement.
