Sim card not activated since 10 days& no response

On 10/05/09 Airtel Executive (Ms Seema Dhende/code no-MMAT 045-04337) visited my residence for selling sim card. I had bought the sim card for my Dad Mr Prakash Pradhan under the New Good Value 199 scheme (Bill noMMU0904 908896). We had given her pan card xerox & MTNL bill check of rs 500/- as a deposit which she told will be adjusted in monthly bill. She assured us that his card will be activated within 3/5 days after verification but till today (19/05/09) noting has being done (no verification also)

When I called Ms Seema for the same she is not lifting phone, after continuously followups she sends an SMS saying that - Pls contact 9821880429.When contacted on this number she gave other number of her boss Ms Parvati- 9892997685, she also didn't lift the phone after 3 hrs she lift the phone I discussed the issue with her & she told that will call back but no communication till now, when I'm caling she is not responding.

WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES

I think AIRTEL should be banned.
