Hi,
We have paid Rs 1000/- for the Airtel Broad band connection on 4 April09 to the Airtel representative Mahesh and the connection is still not received to our address. Inspite of Chasing several times, They requested to log several complaints and on chaising on them they dont have update and logs a new compiant one after other. Called the representatives and got no response and gave false update that the cheques has been delivered on 16 May to my address throug a courier service . after a week when I asked for the status of the complaint, there was not update of who was updated the lcomplaint last time.
Kindly take corrective actions as its happening for most of the customer.
