Out going barred without prior information

I am a subscriber of Airtel since last 2 years with postpaid connection.

Bill amount has been paid in time through icici bank credit card. I got changed my resident, the address for the same is updated accordingly. it was very surprice that my outgoing was barred suddenly. I was informed by customer care that the address found wrong during verification (airtel representative verified wrong address the same was updated) so system shows negative. Airtel did not informed /verified or intimated before barring the out going calls. i have contacted customer service several time to sort out the issue and give the solution, but no body is able to give the solution from airtel office. This shows ther inability to provide support or service, also that much intrest shown on the customer to serve.

i never expected the such type of reponse from customer care service.

still i am suffering without outgoing calls.
