Clarification on bill

I have called the cc for seeking a clarification on my may 09 landline bill... the cc exc gave me a ref number ga028695_dsl 20744796 and said i will get a call by 11th june 09... till date no one has called... and when you call again they will just say pls hold..and will cooly disconnect... half the crowd cannot speak our hindi language clearly... forget their speaking HINGLISH...
