Complain agianst non sense service

With regret i want to inform u that ur services in jammu kashmir are totally third class. even iam fredup with ur service so i was already decide to disconnect ur all connection that i have . u just tell me one thing wht u provides to ur customers nothing .if any customers went to ur any out lets for any inqiry ur staff didnt give them any kind of imformation .since last 3 years i was ur customers i went to ur many outlets for my call statement for 5, 6 months in jammu branche but no body gave me that. so for futher i decide to change my serivce provider.
