MISGUIDED THE CUSTOMER THROUGH SMS

ON 11 TH JUNE I HAVE GOT SMS "Rs53=Rs250 Recharge with only Rs53 and send Rs250 worth FREE Local/STD/ISD/SMS for a period of 30 days. Visit your Airtel outlet to recharge with Rs53 today! "

which simple means if you recharge with Rs53 you got Rs250 worth FREE Local/STD/ISD calls and SMS for a period of 30 days.

BUT ON 12TH JUNE AFTER RECHARGE WITH Rs53 the customercare executive said that "Sir, this offers only for local STD & ISD calls & sms and u can't make local calls"

WHICH CAN'T EXPLAINABLE BY THEIR SMS.THEY JUST MISGUIDED THEIR CUSTOMER

SO, MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO THE RESPONSIBLE AUTHORITY PLEASE TAKE SOME NECESSARY STEPS AGAINST THIS MISGUIDED SMS BY WHICH ONLY CUSTOMER SUFFERS.
