Company deducted balance from my prepaid account with out my notice

I have an Airtel mobile prepaid connection in Mumbai, India. In last week airtel telecommunication had deducted Rs.12 from my pre-paid amount with out my notice (I have only got Rs. 8/- balance). In that period I have not subscribed any service from the company. I inquired about this on their customer care number; they told that you have subscribed a ‘friend chat’ service. I told them, I don’t know what that scheme or service is and I have also not mistakenly subscribed that. The person on the customer care line told me that I am taking this your inquiry as a complaint and will do the further procedure. Next day I again made a call to the customer care and asked them what happened to my complaint, the lady on the phone told me that you will get the lost amount with in 4 hours time. I have got Rs. 10/- back in my prepaid account. But yesterday I check my balance I showed Rs.0 / -, I have checked my out going call list, message list and also check the service message list whether I mistakenly subscribed any service or not. In that I have seen I only made a 2 minute local call during last week, so in my prepaid account the remaining amount should be Rs. 10/-. So here I am making a complaint against the Airtel mobile communication that with customer’s notice how company could deduct the balance. It is robbing the customer without his notice. It is sheer burglary by the company. If this could happen from a well known company then they should face some strict legal action by consumer forum.
