I HAVE BEEN USING MY AIRTEL NO.9810201627 SINCE MANY YEARS AND BEEN A REGULAR CUSTOMER BUT AS I NOW WANTED TO CONVERT MY CONNECTION TO PREPAID SO THE CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE IS TELLING ME TO CHANGE MY NO BUT I WANT TO THE SAME NO. AND IF WE CALL FROM ANY OTHER MOBILE IT TAHES LONGER TO CONNECT TO THE CUSTOMER EXECUTIVES.
