Performance Bonus

I am N Premkumar. Worked for Airtel for 2.5 years. Details as below

I had left the organization due to reasons statighn that i have been rated as L4.(Leadership Assessment)

I have a concern on the same which i did not get any clarification or documentation of my appraisal.

I was told to leave the organization which i did and still not clear of the reasons.

My F&F has been done but my bonus sems to be not being worked out. Would i be receiving my bonus for the financial year 2009 cause i left Airtel on April 10th - 2009.

Need your help and revert on the same.
