Failure to activate sim card

Dear sir,

Due to misplacement of my sim i have requested customer care to block it. I have taken a new sim card on 19.07.09, but till date sim has not been activated in spite of repeated requests to your dealer here in Sivakasi.

My mobile no is 98940 62287. Sivakasi

I request to you please avctivate my sim card as soon as possible..
