Pathetic service

I got this connection near 1 months ago... i chose to activate mobile office... i've been trying to activate it since the past three days but it is not gettng activated... its been three days m calling customer servive and everytime i call them they say ur call is landing the department that is for new cusomers and m not calling 121... i do not understand when i call 121 y it say that "thankyou for calling 121"... and also m not able to set my telephone password... THIS IS SO PATHEIC... after calling for so many days and after spending so much time on my phone i got a manager who really followed up with me BUT AGAIN OF NO USE ..because he could not get anything activated and also he told he will get IVR changed for me but nothing changed..its been 1 month now m having this issue... i always used to recommend everybody to buy airtel connection just because of good customer service but i am so much tired with them that i dont think so i would ever buy an airtell again..
