Respected Sir,
Last year we get the connection of telephone & broadband through Air tel, Gwalior. Due to false billing & high charges we were unable to manage it and surrender the instrument & file the application for disconnection of telephone & broadband service.
Please note that after the submission of application we have not received any bill from Air tel but we received a telephone bill on Dt 23/06 of Rs.2000 amount, that is surprising for us.
Now Air tel is pressurize us for pay the bill and they are mentally harassing us for the same by there collection executive 1-2 time in a day.
We here by request you to kindly do the needful in this regard.
