Airtel is Cheating

I activated Airtel NOP Rs. 99 unlimited browsing. After my billing cycle, they charged me for browsing and it was Rs. 860. I was shocked to see my Bill. I called the customer care and they say, "they activated Rs. 49 pack instead of Rs. 99 pack". They should inform me before activating it right?

Bloody cheating Airtel. They did not provide any discount yet.

Stupids.
