Complaint:
This is regarding a request to disconnect my connection on Aug (21 or 23) upon losing my phone...
The executive said, he'd do it immediately and was done...
I randomly called the number today (two months later) and found that it is still active and some strangers using my SIM for which i was paying the bill...

I spoke to many customer executives whis was not put to any effect... One of them tells me to contact the person who's using the phone to give it back to me... yeah right... if all people were so noble!
I have been using their services for a long time with around 6 connections with this plan... I expect you'll to do the right thing...
