I was a fan of Mr. Mittal's progress story as first generation entreprenuer... salute to his vision and taping the opportunity... but i am sure we will see the down fall of Airtel very soo not because of Market/Investors/Technologies but only because of its Customer services.
They have hardly any understanding as what a customer is all about. i think " Process Delay, Confusion, Careless Approach" are some of the defined competencies to get promotion for Airtel's Manpower.
