GPRS - Wrong charges

Dear Sir/Madam

I am user of airtel postpaid connection and got activated GPRS and they have charged me wrong, which is not possible to download in my phone and they agreed for the same in writing to me. Contacted every channel like 121, nodal officer and applet authority but every one is saying that bill have generated correctly. How it can be possible that when i can’t download 662 kb in 6 Second and they are charging the same. Made many complaints but they have not reverted on time. They disconected my phone while they were doing checking process. I have written proof with me. Last month i discontinued the GRPS but this month also they send me the GPRS charges; which i haven't activate. I am having all the mail exchanged between us. Please advice.
