I was getting 50 promotional sms from Airtel everyday, i registered for Do Not Sent SMS service and i was asked to wait for 45 days before it gets active. I registered for the NDNC service on 6th June, my Registration No: is S1011926105. After 45 days i am still getting promotional sms, i complained to the Customer Care and i am told that my complained could not be registered, so i have to register again and wait for 45 days, this is pathetic.
Please gudie me how to stop this service and i want legally sue Airtel.
