Instrument problem

I have a three land line and two mobile and one broadband connection of airtel.

mere phone no.4012893 ka instrument kharab hone ki complain par taknisian instrument badalne aaya par uska lagaya hua instrument puri tarah sahi nahe tha. usne mujse kaha aapko koi problem nahi hogi agar ho to aap phir se complain kar digiyega. ek mahine ke baad instrument main problem aane ke karan main phir se complain ki to taknisian ne kaha ki aapka instrument demage ho gaya hai isko change karne ko charge lagaga.
